01 Acceptance of Terms

11 Termination

Upon termination for cause, go123bet reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or illegal activity is established, any real-money balance in your account. Where termination is not for cause, go123bet will process a withdrawal of your available real-money balance to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
